» The Pueblo hotel offers 16 rooms, each named after a book by Zane Grey. There are seven (7) ocean view and nine (9) Catalina Island mountain view rooms.
» All hotel rooms have one queen bed and private bath with Southwest-style decor.
A few Mountain View rooms have a queen and two beds, accommodating
a maximum of four guests (extra charges apply, see our rates page).
» In keeping with the serenity of the pueblo, there are no phones, TVs or clocks in the rooms. Hair dryers and alarm clocks are available from the office.
» There is a cable television in the guest living room for your enjoyment as well as a
grand piano. Quiet hours in all public areas 10pm - 10am.
» All hotel rooms are non-smoking, however, guests may smoke outside.
» Check-in is generally between 11:00 a.m.- noon, and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
» You are welcome to stay and use the common facilities until your departure time.
» Parents traveling with children are encouraged to seek other accommodations if they feel our effort to maintain a quiet, adult atmosphere will inhibit their family's enjoyment of our facility. |

HOTEL ROOM CLASSIFICATION:
Ocean View - Located on the main floor, windows range in size and shape, but all have breathtaking vantage point above Avalon Harbor and enjoy the cool ocean breeze of Catalina Island.
Mountain View Deluxe - Located on the main floor, the largest rooms, expansive views of the Catalina Island Avalon Valley, most with small deck that you can step out on with seating for two.
Mountain View Standard - Most located on the lower floor, views of native plant gardens as well as partial Catalina Island Valley views, most economical choice.
2 night minimum on weekends begins June and extends through October, major holidays and special events carry a
3 night minimum.
Rates are per night, plus tax and based on double occupancy.

Full payment in advance; credit cards and checks accepted.
Cancellations require a 5-day notice before your scheduled arrival for a full refund.
Cancellations within 5 days of arrival incur a charge of $15 per room per night only if room is resold, otherwise no refund is available.
Reservations for more than 8 rooms require 60 days to 30 days notice to cancel for full refund.
