HOTEL ROOM CLASSIFICATION:

Ocean View - Located on the main floor, windows range in size and shape, but all have breathtaking vantage point above Avalon Harbor and enjoy the cool ocean breeze of Catalina Island

Mountain View Deluxe - Located on the main floor, the largest rooms, expansive views of the Catalina Island Avalon Valley, most with small deck that you can step out on with seating for two

Mountain View Standard - Most located on the lower floor, views of native plant gardens as well as partial Catalina Island Valley views, most economical choice

2 night minimum on weekends begins June and extends through October, major holidays and special events carry a 3 night minimum.

Rates are per night, plus tax and based on double occupancy.

Each hotel room has one queen bed and private bathroom. In keeping with a quiet and therapeutic atmosphere, we encourage guests traveling with children to seek other accommodation as this disrupts the serenity and adult atmosphere of the pueblo.

A COURTESY TAXI from the boat dock in Avalon to the hotel is provided, as well as a scheduled taxi rides six times a day to or from the hotel to downtown Avalon. See transportation page for full details.

A continental breakfast that includes coffee, tea, toast and fresh fruit is offered each morning.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
Full payment in advance; credit cards and checks accepted.
Cancellations for require a 5-day notice before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellations within 5 days of arrival incur a charge of $15 per room per night only if room is resold, otherwise no refund is available.
Reservations for more than 8 rooms require 60 day notice to cancel for full refund.
