| Accessibility of Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel |
| While we welcome all guests equally there are a few key features of our property of which you should be informed. There are 28 stairs to the entrance of the hotel building; these are the original uneven brick-like steps from Zane Grey's design in 1926. In addition, the entire property is tiered or on different levels and therefore there are stairs in sets of 4 or more at almost every turn. Due to our limited space and being located on a cliff ledge, we are unable to expand or rebuild the hotel to install elevators to accommodate wheelchairs or strollers and apologize for this shortcoming. This also highlights our concern for our younger guests, due to the hazards of the property like the open pool with no lifeguard and many precarious ledges and stairs we ask all small children be accompanied by an adult at all times. For these reasons we do encourage you to consider other Catalina Island hotel accommodations if you believe these features will be a nuisance to you, as our ultimate goal is to provide you with an enjoyable stay, and a great Catalina Island hotel accommodation.
